In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

By accessing the boss67 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the boss67 platform.

Your continued use of boss67 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. boss67 recommends that you review this page periodically to remain aware of any updates.

To register and use the boss67 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. The minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. boss67 does not knowingly permit individuals under 21 to access, register, or use any part of the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or corporation.
• You must not be an existing holder of another boss67 Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of boss67 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not be listed on any sanctions list or have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the boss67 platform or any partner platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

boss67 reserves the right to require documentary proof of any eligibility criterion at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible individuals will be suspended or closed, and any balance may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with clause 14.

To access real-money features of the boss67 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• A valid email address that you own and have sole access to.
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number for verification and two-factor authentication (2FA) purposes.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• A unique username and a strong account password.

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. boss67 reserves the right to close any Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, and to retain any funds in that Account pending investigation.

Only one Account per individual is permitted. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your boss67 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify boss67 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. Contact our 24/7 support team via live chat without delay if you believe your Account has been compromised.

boss67 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, including but not limited to losses resulting from credential sharing, phishing, or use of the platform on an unsecured device or network.

boss67 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, brute-force login protection, and optional two-factor authentication. However, these measures do not remove the Player's individual responsibility for Account security.

All deposits to your boss67 Account must be made from a payment account (bank account or e-wallet) that is registered in your own name. boss67 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Accepted deposit methods include transfers from the following Indonesian banks and e-wallets: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 for bank transfers; Rp 10.000 for e-wallet methods.
• Processing time: E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Deposit fees: boss67 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply its own transfer fees independently.

boss67 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, appears to be associated with fraudulent activity, or is received from a payment method not registered in the Player's name.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the identity on your boss67 Account. Third-party withdrawal destinations are strictly prohibited.

Before a withdrawal request is approved, boss67 may require the completion of the KYC identity verification process. boss67 reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of ownership of the nominated withdrawal account.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported Indonesian banks typically process within 15–60 minutes. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja typically process within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal fees: boss67 charges no withdrawal fees. The full requested amount is transferred to the Player's nominated account.
• Bonus balance: Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the Account balance before any withdrawal is processed.

boss67 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirement: The total amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution breakdown is set out in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and the associated wagering obligation expire within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account automatically without notice.
• Opt-in: Most promotions require an explicit opt-in during the deposit flow. A deposit made without opting in is not retrospectively eligible for a bonus.

boss67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a bonus is granted in error, boss67 reserves the right to remove the erroneous credits from the Account.

Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and closure of the Account.

All bets and wagers placed on boss67 are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market, as displayed within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all verticals:

• Bets may only be placed using Real Money Funds or eligible Bonus Funds currently available in your Account Balance at the time of the bet. boss67 does not extend credit to Players.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sportsbook event, boss67's determination shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process described on the platform.
• boss67 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose result was known at the time of placement, or where a technical error in pricing or odds is identified.
• Sportsbook bets — including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are settled in accordance with the rules published in the Sportsbook section. Match abandonment and postponement rules are set out therein.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant studio provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, etc.). In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of the round will be determined in accordance with the provider's disconnection policy.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the boss67 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using another person's Account or payment details without their explicit authorization.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to defraud the platform or other players.
• Any attempt to launder money or finance illegal activity through deposits, bets, or withdrawals on boss67.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward boss67 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any geolocation restriction, IP block, or Account suspension using proxy servers, VPNs, or similar tools.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the boss67 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any boss67 content without prior written authorization.
• Use the boss67 name, logo, or trademarks in any context outside the platform without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the boss67 software.
• Use any automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction tool on any part of the platform.

Any unauthorized use of boss67 intellectual property may result in Account closure and may expose you to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boss67 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability caused by factors outside boss67's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the boss67 platform, whether foreseeable or not.
• Decisions made by Players based on information presented on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Losses attributable to gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance.

Nothing in these Terms limits boss67's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

boss67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Submission of false or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Identification of the Account as a duplicate Account held by an existing Player.
• Identification of the Account holder as being under 21 years of age.
• Where closure is required to comply with a regulatory instruction or legal obligation.

In the event of Account closure for cause, boss67 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where closure is initiated by boss67 without cause on the Player's part, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player's nominated withdrawal account.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting boss67 support via live chat. Upon closure, any pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed from the Account.

boss67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, boss67 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. In cases of significant changes affecting Player rights or obligations, boss67 will use reasonable efforts to provide notice via the platform or to the registered email address on the Account.

Your continued use of the boss67 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure as described in clause 14.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by the jurisdiction in which boss67 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are required to contact the boss67 customer support team to seek an informal resolution. boss67 aims to resolve all Player disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted via the registered email address on the Account.
